By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions and consent to their name and image being used for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Promoter
The promoter of this promotion is Russell Chester Pty Ltd, ABN 31 101 336 547, located at 57 Hotham St, Traralgon VIC 3844.
Eligibility
Entry is open to home sellers in our normal service areas.
The entrant must be the property owner & aged 18 years and over.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the promoter are not eligible to enter.
Land, commercial, industrial property owners are not eligible to enter.
Full marketing package must be utilized upon listing the property.
The campaign is limited to a specific number of home sellers as directed by the promoter.
Competition Period
The competition opens on 01 September 2025 and closes on 30 September 2025 at 5:00pm, unless extended otherwise by the promoter.
Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must contact our agency by completing the online entry form at lvrealestate.com.au, or email our office on admin@lvrealestate or call our office on 03 5176 5544.
Services will only be provided to sellers who lists they’re property Exclusively for sale with Latrobe Valley Real Estate.
The exclusive period must be 120 days.
The suggested sale price must be within 5% of the agencies highest suggested sale price.
Only one entry per person will be accepted.
Prize
The winner will receive the following services and items:
Free Professional Cleaning – up to 2 hours of domestic cleaning.
Free Gutter Cleaning – standard single-storey home gutter cleaning.
Free Plant Voucher – valued at (value of $50).
Free Gardening Service – up to 2 hours of basic garden maintenance (e.g. weeding, pruning, mowing).
Prize Conditions
Services must be redeemed within 4 weeks of prior to or immediately after listing they property for sale.
Services will be provided only at the listed property address.
Gardening and cleaning services are limited to reasonable residential tasks and do not include rubbish removal, hazardous material handling, or major landscaping.
Gutter cleaning applies to standard, easily accessible gutters and excludes multi-storey buildings or properties requiring specialised safety equipment. The house is not to exceed a four bedroom, two living area home.
Plant voucher is redeemable at Traralgon West Nursery and is subject to their terms of use.
Winner Selection & Notification
The winners will be allocated the services providing all conditions have been satisfied within the Terms & Conditions of this campaign.
General
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and to disqualify any entry deemed to be incomplete, ineligible, or fraudulent.
The promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury incurred in connection with the prize.
