Appraisal Cash Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
Promotion Period: 1 December 2025 – 22 December 2025
- Promoter: The promoter of this giveaway (“Promotion”) is Latrobe Valley Real Estate, ABN 31 101 336 547, located at 57 Hotham Street, Traralgon VIC 3844 (“Promoter”).
- Eligibility: Entry is open to residents aged 18 years and over who own a residential property located within the Promoter’s service area. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and associated contractors are not eligible to enter. Entries must comply with these Terms & Conditions to be valid.
- How to Enter: To enter, participants must book and complete a free property appraisal with the Promoter during the Promotion Period. One completed appraisal equals one entry. No purchase or sale is required to enter. Appraisals cancelled or not completed within the Promotion Period are not eligible.
- Prize: The prize consists of a hamper and AUD $500 cash (“Prize”). The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal value if necessary.
- Winner Selection: The winner will be drawn at random on 23 December 2025 at 10am at the Promoter’s office. The winner will be contacted via phone and/or email within 2 business days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.
- Prize Delivery: The Prize will be paid via bank transfer or cheque, or collected in person at the Promoter’s office. Proof of identity and property ownership may be required before the Prize is released.
- Publicity: By entering, participants agree to allow the Promoter to use their first name, suburb, and/or photos for marketing and promotional purposes, unless they request otherwise in writing.
- Privacy: Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and used solely for administering the Promotion.
- General Conditions: The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or incomplete entries. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promotion is conducted in accordance with all relevant state and federal laws.
- Cancellation or Amendment: The Promoter may cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion if circumstances arise outside its reasonable control.
